It is possible to lose 50 lbs. of of weight in 2 months but its sure NOT easy!  Below is my before and after pictures.

You need to have determination, dedication and motivation!  My personal motivation was my wedding day.  I didn’t want to walk down the isle looking like an elephant.

In 2 months, I have cut from about 200 lbs. to 150 lbs.

Rule #1: Don’t drink calories

Whatever you do, avoid calories in drink.  Do not drink, normal soft drinks, fruit juice, Milk or fancy coffee drinks.

Instead you should drink massive quantities of water and as much unsweetened iced tea, tea, diet sodas, coffee (without white cream)

You should also give up alcohol.  Alcohol contains loads of empty calories and if you need to lose weight fast, you should give up alcohol

Rule #2: Avoid “white” carbohydrates

The following foods can be classified as white carbs and need to be cut out of your diet. So that means things such as bread, potatoes, rice, cereal,  pasta, and fried food with breading are all banned from your diet.  As a rule, if you avoid eating anything white, you’ll be pretty safe.

Rule #3: Exercise

I have to say, when i started this diet i didn’t join a gym.  Instead i made sure i was active.  Little things like walking to store instead of driving.  I work on the 6th floor and instead of taking the elevator, i made sure to take the stairs instead.  You don’t have to go for 5 mile runs or spend half the day in the gym…Its the little things that count

Rule #4: Take one day off every 2 weeks

I recommend you take a day off every 2 weeks.  Don’t go crazy but if you want to have your favorite snack or some junk food…Go for it!  For me, it was KFC, i would go for dinner in KFC every 2 weeks.  Paradoxically, dramatically spiking caloric intake in this way once every 2 weeks actually increases fat loss by making sure that your metabolic rate doesn’t down regulate due to consuming less calories.

Rule #5:  If you need a little extra help, take it.

For me, i had tried to diet before with some success, but if i wanted to make my goal and be thinner for my wedding day, i knew i had to use everything i can to my advantage.  I didn’t want to take any crazy diet pills so instead, i did my research and took a natural supplement.

It contains green tea, Antioxidants and Ashwaganda (an Indian herb)

I started it 2 weeks into my diet and saw some big changes.  My appetite wasn’t what it was.  After dinner, i would always want some snacks, however when i starter on Thinner-U, i just didn’t crave anything else…In fact, i could hardly finish my dinner (for anyone who knows me, this NEVER happened before)

I also noticed a big increase in my energy.  Before, I would come home, feel tired and just lay about on the couch.  After taking Thinner-U, i actually had the energy to do things!

If you want to try it, they are currently offering a free trial offer, where you just pay the postage.  Its definitely worth a shot.  Click below if you want to give it a try.
